I am still having a similar issue. I did not kill Calder, but one of my first attempts at quietly listening to the ceremony, I was discovered. I came back 2 more times and believe I saw the ceremony undetected, but when I left, this mission did not end. I've meditated several times to get to night, and still nothing. 2nd to last time I killed all enemies, leaving Calder. Nothing. Went back and now Calder is gone, but I'm still being told to watch the ceremony. I'm on the latest build, 1.5.2. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and removed data to resync. Nothing. I thought this issue was addressed?

Sorry to hear you can't progress in the quest "Cold Embers". Have you tried to load Load a previous save before starting the quest and do not kill Calder during the ritual event before removing data?
Could you please provide us the video of the issue showing that you are on the latest game version so we will have a closer look?

@ubi-oxavo thanks for the suggestion, I hadn't tried that, and just did. It worked and allowed me to progress. Although I lost 13 hours of gameplay, at least I'm back on my way. Thanks!

@bdzycxc Assassin's Creed Valhalla I watched the ritual but I couldn't turn into lava to continue the game I killed Calder and I don't know what to do Cold embers Calder will try again next night

Hey @hllli_1414. I apologize you are unable to progress. Have you had a chance to revert back to an older save? Other players have noted that it helped them progress in Cold Embers. If you aren't able to, please provide me with a video of what is happening exactly and I would be happy to get this reported to the investigating team.

Please also try to meditate for at least 24h and go back to your settlement in England and sleep - these methods are known to resolve some of the similar issues in the game! Let us know if they helped!
