    @Emmayates93 Yes I can confirm that players have selected the correct platform the issue is that the wrong key has been provided.

    @WarrantedMayhem I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues submitting a post. The first error is correct as you do need at least 10 characters, the second error should not occur if you only added one screenshot and a short description. As you are also getting logged out I would suggest going through the browser troubleshooting and trying again to see if that helps. Please note that we will not require any further screenshots as we are aware of the issue and are working on a solution.

    For some reason I have two emails one saying it's ready for me in game on the PS5 and a second with with a key for Xbox series x. I selected PS4 version as that's the version of the game I originally purchased but also play on the PS5 with the free upgrade we got. I am very confused.

    I’ve just received another redeem code I put it on the ps store it says I already own it I don’t know if it’s for the ps5 or PS4 add on because it doesn’t say on the ps store and the email says it for the ps5.

    Hi everyone,

    I have an update for you. For anyone who redeems their keys from now on, you should receive access to the content on both PS4 and PS5.

    For everyone on PS5 who received the email with the keys yesterday another email will be sent to you later tonight which contains a new key for you to redeem. The new key should grant you access to the content on the PS5 version.

    If you experience any further issues, please let us know.

    @jason54400 I'm sorry to hear that you have received an Xbox Series X key rather than a PS4 key. I have created a support case for you so we can look into this further. You will receive an email with more information shortly.

    I've gotten a second key for the DLC, typed it into the redeem section and it's saying I already own it, the email says PS5, but it's PS4 one again!
    On top of that support has been no help for this at all, finished through the DoR expansion, only took 7 hours, so more lies!

    My second code won't work as apparently I "Already own this content" despite me only having the PS4 version and thus I can't redeem it to get the PS5 version too.

    I'm incredibly disappointed at this now that through no fault of my own I still can't access the content which I should have because I supported it by buying it on day one and then on top of this Ubisoft messed up by seemingly not understanding the complications of the PSN code system and sending a PS4 code which looks like it may now have locked me out of this content.

    @ubi-keo I’ve just received another redeem code i did it on the ps app it worked i have it on the ps5 now.

    This happened to me until I redeemed it using the PS App and it then let me. I have the Twilight Pack on PS5 now.

    Hi @Iridescent_Shiv @VladimirKal I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues redeeming the new key on your console.

    Could you please try redeeming the code via the mobile app to see if it works.

    @jamestclarke @Emmayates93 thanks for confirming the key can be redeemed via the mobile app, I am unsure why it cannot be redeemed via the console, I will report this.

    @ubi-keo Had the same issue that could not redeem with first code. Was able to redeem through the playstation store website for PS5 and then it was made available for PS5 under "Manage Game Content"

    @Ubi-Keo managed to reedem on ps app not ps5 waiting for it to install if its fine i will also close my support ticket thank all for help and advice where to reedem
