    I think my ubisoft account bugged , I created my first account about half year ago , and the Gui have bug ,the "Free Games" zone have only 8 games ..,, but i login with my second account , it have no bugs , so i think its my account problem My friend have this problem too . what can i do ? sry my english grammer bad

    So I've taken a look at this appears to be in relation to the dates of the accounts creations, with the older account likely claiming these free games previously.

    The missing trials and games are available to claim here; https://free.ubisoft.com/

    Once added to your account, they'll then appear in the Ubisoft Connect launcher.

    Your friend will be able to do the same.

    @ubi-theberry but the Shop button few buttons are disappeared

    Hey there @iany610, thank you for getting back in touch. I understand the store button is missing on that account, this is as intended. The store button and certain others will not appear on that account because you own one or more Ubisoft games through Steam. It is hidden for you to prevent you from buying DLCs for the games you own through Steam. There is an issue with purchasing the base game on Steam but trying to buy the DLC through Ubisoft Connect, as it will not transfer that content.
