    I have had problems trying to change my ubisoft account password of my main account. This is an account I let friends use when they come over.

    I just tried resetting the password of both of my accounts and suprisingly it worked for this account but not my main one.
    I do receive the password reset link, but "awstrack.me" doesnt load when I open this link for my main account.

    It hasnt been a problem due to it still being logged in on ubisoft connect on my pc, but now it logged out so I am clueless on what to do.

    @ubi-theberry Hi, I have tried to open a support case but the "We may have already solved your issue"-filter HASNT solved my issue but does prevent me from opening a support ticket.

    Is there a way for me to get support from someone without creating a twitter or facebook?

    I am aware that account sharing is agains ToU, but they're from console (they were basicly the same in skill anyway). And id rather not let them play on my main😬 😬 .

    (sorry, no clue what text make-up has done)
