    My Ubisoft connect can't load the friend list and the chat list. (it just keeps showing that loading circle) and I can't see my friend(they are all showing offline when I open Rainbow six and use it built-in Ubi connect to see it). 

    It is not a system or connectivity problem since I can access my friends list on my different accounts with the same computer and the same internet. I also checked on another system and internet, and my account still won't load my friends list.

    I have tried flushing DNS and renewing it, a lot of troubleshooting guides on the internet, and yet none works. I hope Ubisoft can fix this as soon as possible.

    Sorry to hear that you encounter this issue, it is great to hear you have already followed some troubleshooting steps.

    If reinstalling does not fix the issue with your friends displaying in game, are you able to send us your launcher logs through our Support Website so we can investigate this for you?

    @Ubi-Deta I have - i submitted my logs, my ping and trace tests - I port forwarded Ubisoft Connect and nothing has helped. I've reinstalled Ubi four times.

    I have a second account and it works fine on the exact same PC.

    Very peculiar and frustrating.

    Hello @BauerTwo thanks for getting in touch with us, I am unable to find a case for your account for this particular Ubisoft Connect issue at the moment, only previous cases for one of our games.

    Can I check if you are using the launcher with Windows 10 or 11, as any other earlier Windows OS is no longer supported with Connect, so features such as friend lists and chat are unavailable?

    One final thing, how many friends do you have added in the launcher? Previously players who were known to have over 50 friends added, were known to encounter issues such as friends list and chat disappearing for them, and they had to remove some friends from their list to resolve this.
