    @ubi-theberry Cmon, it is a simple refund. Steam does this in 48 hours, Ubisoft cannot do this in a 48 days! What is there to investigate?

    Hey there everyone, I understand there is a lot here that you do not believe has been handled appropriately. I would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused, let me assure you that our teams will thoroughly investigate any problem with the website.

    I'm any of you are still experiencing issues with viewing cases on our support website, to help us, could you please try reaching out instead through one of the other platforms previously mentioned such as Twitter or Facebook and explain this to one of our specialists with screenshots? We're currently not aware of any browser case-breaking issues with our website, and I will continue to keep an eye out.

    @ubi-gizmo Ubisoft has added a wallet to the system, so now there's no excuse to not give us our money back right? lol

    Hey @sn0123456 ,

    Currently, we can only refund players via the payment method originally used.

    Therefor, we can only refund funds to the Wallet, if the Wallet was originally used to complete the purchase.

    @Ubi-TheBerry I am having the same problem. Wow, to think it's been going on this long. Ubisoft stint buuut anyways, I got an issue related to refunds/transfers; I received AC: Origins from this month's Amazon Prime Gaming but the problem is I already got it and I got two copies of it now! I thought they would give me a key to activate the game. Can I gift that to someone or something?
