Hey there everyone, I understand there is a lot here that you do not believe has been handled appropriately. I would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused, let me assure you that our teams will thoroughly investigate any problem with the website.
I'm any of you are still experiencing issues with viewing cases on our support website, to help us, could you please try reaching out instead through one of the other platforms previously mentioned such as Twitter or Facebook and explain this to one of our specialists with screenshots? We're currently not aware of any browser case-breaking issues with our website, and I will continue to keep an eye out.
