Unsolved [PS5] Issue When Using Custom Controller Profiles

This issue causes a noticeable approximately 1-1.5 second delay upon pressing any button if you alter ANY current controller config. Since I like a 2x Triangle to holster my weapons but utilizing this causes major issues when climbing or jumping a crevice.

As far as I can see, this isn't something which has otherwise been reported, so I'd like to start by recommending our troubleshooting guide. In particular from the link, please make sure you've fully updated the console's system and all software, you've disconnected it from the network for a few minutes to reset its connection, and give it a full power-cycle.
If the issue then persists, can you answer the questions below for me?- When you say there is a delay, does the game itself freeze, or does the game otherwise run fine besides this delay on button presses?
- Can you send me across a screenshot showing your custom controller config? I understand it seems to happen with any custom layout, but an example layout would nonetheless be very helpful. Here's our screenshots guide, and the resulting image can be added to your post using the little picture icon next to the link icon.
