SOLVED Seeds of Change Twitch drops not showing in game menu

It's been two days now that I got the Twitch drops Claimed but it's not shown in game menu what is wrong! I also verify the game files there is nothing

A quote from the Anno union: "After receiving a drop, you need to claim it via the Twitch inventory. You can find more information on Twitch Drops in general in this official FAQ.
Please be aware that all rewards will only be delivered to you after the release of DLC 10."
So you will receive them after the release of DLC 10.

Just as a reminder, should you ever have any issues with your Twitch drops in the future, after the Twitch Drop campaign has ended, please get in touch with us via one of our private support channels so we can check your account. We would need to see a screenshot of your Twitch Drop inventory in order to investigate this for you and you can contact us about these Twitch related issues over these links as opposed to forums, where we are unable to discuss accounts and rewards per person >
