For the last 3 days, I have been getting delta 3s to the point that I can't even stay in the game more than a couple minutes. I followed the list of things to try and fix it on my end, including hard reset, router reset, clear database, and calling my IP provider to be assured my connection is as good as it's always been. I am hard wired, so it can't be wifi. I also tested other games to make sure that I wasn't having this issue in other games. They can happen from every couple of hours to minutes apart. I've put a lot of money and time (like everyone else) into this game and am very frustrated. I really don't know what to do. Could someone please help me out here.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

Hello @jlt1963 , thanks for this message - I appreciate you reaching out. Sorry to hear you're getting disconnects. I'll be happy to help.

It's great that you've listed the steps you've already tried - that's super helpful! You'd mentioned speaking to your ISP already, and we'd recommend asking for their assistance in setting up port forwarding and the UPnP feature on your router, since each router is different, so they are best placed to advise you on how to set it up in the way we recommend in our guide.

Please also see our general troubleshooting guide, and in particular follow the steps to run the game with administrator rights, update Windows, verify the game files, and check for any background processes that might be interfering (such as firewalls).

If that's already been done, and the errors persist, please let me know. In that case, it'd be useful to know the specific error message(s) you are receiving, so that we can investigate further.

Let me know if I can clarify any of these steps!

@ubi-thrupney We appreciate the feedback, but there is no running with admin rights on PS4 and updating Windows won't help. I had to give up on Division 2 because I've been getting Delta 03 since the PS5 "upgrade." I noticed this thread in the hopes that maybe something has changed. For the record, it's still an issue: ports are forwarded, static IP address is set (at least internally behind my NAT), PS5 is wired, no other games disconnect, internet connection is stable. I've rebuilt the PS5 several times, uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing has worked. Division 2 plays for a while, regardless of where I am or what I'm doing, and then comes Delta 03. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Hey @screamerchaotix !

Sorry about that, it should indeed have been the PS steps ! You can find the general troubleshooting steps for PS4 right here.

Could you please attach a screenshot of your Delta error, so we can have a look ?

@ubi-akatsirin Sure thing, and thanks for the response. I had just tried it on a different PS5 and got the same result within seconds of loading up. I'll need to re-install to get a screenshot but hopefully I'll have it posted later today. Thank you again.

@ubi-froggard Okay, got it reinstalled (finally!) and played for roughly 10 minutes. Same as always. I'm going to try on PS4 later as these crashes happen on both me and my wife's PS5.

@screamerchaotix Thanks for grabbing this image but sorry to see that you are still getting the DELTA-03 error. I would be curious to know if this persists on the PS4 or not so please keep us updated!

@ubi-perseids I played for a few hours on the PS4 last night without issue. Same network, just on the PS4. Ironically the PS4 was wireless while the wired PS5 is the one having problems. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hey there @screamerchaotix, thanks for getting back to us and that does seem strange. I have gone ahead and created a support ticket on your behalf. This will allow one of our specialists to look further into what might be causing the problem. Could you please check your email inbox for the ticket number and for some steps to help us with our investigation? In the meantime, if you have any questions or run into any other issues, please do not hesitate to reach back out! 🙂

For anyone else who comes across this thread, and has been experiencing DELTA error codes after going through the troubleshooting previously provided by my colleague, could you please reach out and create a case through the Ubisoft Support website? When doing this, please also submit some screenshots displaying that you have forwarded the game ports and that you have also set up a static IP address. Here, we'll be able to take a deeper look into it from our side.

If you are experiencing issues creating a case, please note that we also have other social medias available where you can reach out to a specialist. You can find our dedicated Facebook and Twitter support here.

@ubi-gizmo Thank you. One small update...I can't really say for sure, but I purchased a digital copy of the game via PSN last night and so far no Deltas. Again, that might change and I'll refer to the ticket you sent, but for now it seems like the problem happens with the PS4 disc version on PS5.

Thank you again for all your help.
