Nerfs do not have to be over the top to render things useless. Hardly anyone will be using a shield after the pts

The disorient is too much to the point that it will likely render another gear set useless or not as useful.

The Foundry gear set is great in PVE not so much PvP but as the larger part of the community is pve based I'm not sure why no one has mentioned this.

The talent makeshift repairs is reliant on your shield being DAMAGED. So the entire point of this set is for you to damage your shield....

I don't think i have to go anymore into details except i would like to emphasize that things don't have to be nerfed to the point where they are rendered useless. This is a video game talents are suppose to be over the top and most of all fun. Every talent, gear, skill should be used and have a use case.

Many have been rendered useless except for very specific situations.

Even in the division 1 there was no disorient on the shield. I understand listening to the community is important however this should be done very carefully. The community does not know how to create a video game studio nor any best selling video game franchises. You guys are the pros, and create spectacular games because you know how to. People buy the games because they are fun, and because of communities and I'm to blame because I'm part of them, many things in the video games are made not fun for a lack of better words.

Anyways that's my rant, it's not just about the shield nerf as the talents have changed so much on a variety of gear already where I do not use them anymore.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
