  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

Hello @warriorshadow7 and thanks for reaching out to us.

First of all, I am sorry to hear that you can not proceed with the quest because Eivor can't move.

Could you please answer the following questions for me:

    • Where is Eivor, on the map?
    • Is the map available? If so, can you fast travel?
    • Can you load a previous save? Does it help?
    • Could you please provide a short video showing that you can't move and displaying that you are on the latest version of the game?

    Thank you in advance.

@ubi-oxavo thanks for your answer. I had solve the issue. I was playing the game and I finished an aliance quest. I returned back to Randvi and there was a feast after talking to her. Then I saw that the quest "unvited guests" started but when I went out of the raventhorpe big house, nothing happen. I just continued playing the game normally, doing the legend of Saint george. Then I just can't continue and stop the game because the quests wasn't working as expected. The next day, I tríed loading the game and the glitch started.

I have another saved game, but it was too old and it was loading, but I will lost a lot of what had advance. But loading other saved games was working.

The solution at the end was, before Eivor dies because of the glitch, quickly go into the menu map, to quests options and choose the quest that previously failed. In my case was "unvited guests". I select that one as current quest and now the game started normally in the quest that didn't work before. Then, after doing the quest, I saved and it's working normally.

Hope that this helps someone else, and thanks for the quick response for more information about my problem.
