Oke, so I tried out my tank/armor regen build in Legendary mode.
To be honest the Shield did alright-ish.
(Could use 1/3 more health on it)
The only thing that was REALLY missing was a talent for my pistol.
Or just multiple talents in general (gear&gun wise).

The only talents that would be good (Mid battle)
    - Vanguard with Protector (we all know this)
    - And Trauma mixed with Galvanize.
But bleed is completely useless. (Even with sadist)

We NEED talents for Tank builds like:

    The Bull's Headbutt (Chest Talent)
    • 150% melee damage per Tier on Bulwark Shield. (Max 900%)
    • With 6 blue attributes you also Confuse enemies on hit.
    • 5-10sec cooldown, so that it's mixable with Galvanize.
(Not that: use the talent once, and wait 60sec stuff, make it usefull)

    Offensive D3FNC (Chest Talent)
    • Builds with 6 Blue cores and 6 blue attributes can use the Bulwark Shield as the Crusader Shield.
(6 attributes so it's usefull on gearsets and/or give the option to put CHC/CHD on it without gearsets.
(or Status effects for the next talent))

The Big Picture (Bag talent or Exotic gloves)
Basically the same as that Riker Shield guy.
    • Flashes every 15sec, blinding nearby enemies.
    • More Shield tiers expand the radius.
    • Blinding can be improved with Status Effects attributes.
(I don't even like it but it is something)

    Pistol Talents:
    Spike/Preservation for Shields
    • Headshots repair the Shield for 8% (10sec cooldown)
    • Blue Attributes improve this by 1% (per attribute)
    • Headshot kills doubles the repair (works while on cooldown)

    Kneecap (Eyeless/Sadist/Ignited for Tanks)
    • Shooting an Enemy in the leg gives ensnare.
    • 6 Blue cores and 6 blue attributes needed.
    • Ensnare can be improved by Status Effects attributes.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
