    Hi!

    Since yesterday I get the error in the title every time I try to play on any of the maps, either coop or solo. Yesterday I could finish 2 matches with a friend before the error started popping up (when trying to start a 3rd, in the same session). Verifying the files in Ubisoft Connect did not help.

    Hey there @vizibal, thanks for taking the time to get in touch. I am sorry to hear that you have received the DELTA-0000D013 error code, I will gladly investigate this further for you. It sounds like this error code might be connectivity related.  I have just looked into it from my end, and I can confirm that as of 10:52 am BST on the 21st of April, that all of our Rainbow Six Extraction servers and services are running as intended. Therefore I would recommend you run through our connectivity troubleshooting in this article and ensure you have completed all the steps. These steps can help rule out many of the common causes for connectivity-related issues. I understand you have already performed several actions to try and remedy the issue such as verifying your game files, but we must cover everything in the article first.

    Once you have completed those steps, and if you continue to experience the error, could you please provide some screenshots displaying the code? You could directly upload the images here on the discussions or you could try sending it to us another way, such as through a file-sharing site.

    @ubi-gizmo Windows 10 is up to date, restarting the router did not help. Pinging the address on the screenshot in the linked article reported no packet loss (though that does not say much about me being able to reach the game servers or not, I guess). Trace on the other hand had a few 'Request timed out.' lines. I'm not sure if that indicates any problem as the sample screenshot had one as well. The strange thing is that the game worked one minute and started displaying the error message the next, in the same session, with no installation or settings change happening.

    @vizibal Thanks for that information and for trying those steps! Please also try to verify your game files and run Ubisoft Connect as administrator and then afterwards let me know if the error remains.
