FarCry6's DX12 detection is broken

I wasted the past 2 days downloading/installing FarCry6 - just to find that the program fails to start instead showing this error: "A GPU with required Direct3D 12 Feature Level support wasn't found..."
I am using a GTX 1050 and the "Direct3D feature level" reported in the respective NVIDIA driver is; 12_1
So this is clearly a bug in the Far Cry 6. Is there a bugfix from Ubisoft or where to I get a refund for this broken piece of garbage? -

your GPU = below . really close to the minimum system requirements
sorry but yes a GTX 960 4 gig is faster and a 4 gig GTX 960 is the minimum supported GPU

also i would not ever suggest playing FAR CRY 6 on a low end card .. your not gonna have a good time
get at least GTX 1060 6 gig card ..or better if you want at least 30 - 40 FPS

note none of them show a GTX 1050 card as it's too weak of a GPU to run the game with a playable frame rate
it will be even worse if your GTX 1050 is a laptop gpu (as yes they are clocked lower )
so sorry man looks like you need a better graphics card to run the game or try a clean install of your video Drivers
but i would not expect great results on a gtx 1050 -
