Dialogue in cutscenes overlaps and the subtitles in the cutscene were skipped
This happens not only in the campaign but also in the DLC -

Missing dialogue audio and subtitles was reported to us previously for different DLC's in the campaign.
Can you please help me answer the following to help us investigate? >- Can you let me know what DLC you are experiencing this in?
- Can you let me know what NPC characters are missing either dialogue or subtitles?
- Do you know the name of the quests this affects?
- Are you using any mods, if so, which?
Also, to check if this issue has been caused by a corrupted file or missing file that can sometimes occur if a game update was interrupted, could you please try verifying your game files?
