The Seeds of Change Hacienda and its corresponding new buildings have been a welcome addition to make the New World more interesting and dynamic, but I'm very curious why hot sauce breweries have double the production cycle time (at 2 minutes per unit) as do the atole breweries (at one minute per unit,) despite the hot sauce being a Tier 1 jornalero requirement and the atole being Tier 2 obrero (hot sauce also being an inherited need for Hacienda Obreros.) Given that hot sauce and atole can only be produced by hacienda buildings and those building must exist within the hacienda's radius, this comparatively slow development of hot sauce for your demanding New World population can bottleneck the expansion of a New World island by requiring even MORE breweries to take up space within the already quite limited hacienda radius (even at full hacienda population radius.) Are there any plans to re-examine production rates (or population consumption rates) for these two items the way fertilizer was rebalanced in the early May GU, or is the developer intent that these breweries should only be buffed by Trade Union drinks production to increase stock instead? If New World rising is going to introduce a Tier 3 for the New World, it would seem the hot sauce production being out of sync with the development of Hacienda jornaleros relative to their other needs/demands would be a limiting factor for synergy with the future DLC.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

@silverangelduo Yes, this is a big bottleneck for the Haciendas. I ended up with 6 hot sauce breweries. But they are not able to cover the needs of the island. It is quite unbalanced.
