UNSOLVED Ubisoft Online Service error [0xb0000193]1 Likes/7 Replies/185 Views
I have encountered an error while attempting to take a picture in Photo Mode yesterday, last night and today. I use this Mode from time to time. It allowed my to take the picture but it would error out on me when it was done saving.
Here was the error message:
Online Service Error
A problem occurred while trying to connect to a Ubisoft online service. Please try again later.
I looked on the World Map to see if it took and there was a picture icon on the map but when I hovered over it with my PS4 controller, the community photo disappeared along with the rest of the photos. I tried restarting my PS4 and reloading the game. Same error code. I got off for a few hours then got back on at 7:00 last night. Tested it again. Same error code and same thing happened when I checked the World Map. Today, I played again. Tested the Photo Mode again. Same error. I am starting to think that I am playing "offline." Its still a bad*** game and I'll still play it. Has anyone else encountered this before?
Please fix soon.
Thank you for your time.

here a kind of workaround I use on PS4 (it won't solve connection problems) :
I use the AC Valhalla photomode > once the picture is how I like > I hide all the interface ("Square" button if I'm correct) > I use the "Share" button on the PS4 controller > Save picture = the picture is saved on my internal PS4 drive
Pro = safe place, no need to connect to Ubi to retrieve it
Cons = no share
(note : when I want to share I use both methods, mine and the basic one... when it works...)
I hope your issue will be resolved soon
