

Yes, I have the same problem, but with my son everything is been reset to an normal state again, hope that they fix these soon
Yes, with me the same stuff, all progress gone 280 hr., But my son got his saved game back now, so there is hope, Ubisoft please fix these soon.

I tested just now, and this is not resolved yet. When I load the game on Stadia it still acts like it is my first time playing, and takes me into character creation.
My saved game data of over 180+ hours of playtime with over 90% of the game completed is still not showing in my Stadia when I go to play GR Breakpoint....this is am existing issue from the 25th of May 2022.
There is a discussion stating that this has been fixed which is incorrect as I do not see any saved file.
Can a Tech please assist and advise.

I keep typing a reply and just do not see where it's being posted.
I reported this issue with an Ubisoft tech via chat, ref# 16583007, and still, today do not see my 200+ hours saved game data.
According to a comment in this thread where Ubisoft is stating that they have fixed this issue of the game being saved, well I just started the game again, played for a few minuted, logged out, and then logged back in to find that the weapons and skills collected have not been saved.
This game is unplayable and I would appreciate, am sure with all users affected, that we get some progress report and directions on how and where should we see this resolution.

@ubi-milky I saw on here that supposedly this has been fixed, but as of right now it has NOT been fixed.
I saw the "fixed" post on here, tried it, and it just wiped my new save file, it did NOT restore my real/original save file with over 90 hours play time on it.
I checked with someone on reddit and their save has also NOT been restored.
I can't report this through the support page on here as it doesn't work either. I've tried 4 different browsers, and on all of them the "Submit my case" button does nothing
I'm still experiencing this problem. Reached out to Google and they said it's up to UBISoft to fix.

@axios201885 yeah, I’m in the United States, chat doesn’t work, and the button to submit a message doesn’t work either. Clicking it does nothing.
I tried 4 different web browsers.
this is NOT fixed for me.
I just checked again today, my ghost is still missing, Nintindu#5465 on Stadia. I also submitted a ticket yesterday.

I am a founder (account Exar (Exar#0000 i think) from France) and i do not have my save back. I have put 65 hours in this game and haven't got anything.
Please fix this on Stadia.

My saved files appeared yesterday but all my weapons, armor, skell credits, and purchased weapons/attachments were gone. Sure makes it difficult to start playing again when all you have is a pistol and no way to buy items or upgrade.
@ticojoe11-4123 That's not much of a restore, more like starting the game fresh. I am still awaiting some action on mine.
@ubi-milky I log in in game and I have back my character but al my weapons and my cosmetic are gone. I also lost all my skell credits and ghost coin
@wolfpup7 Ubisoft replied to me on Twitter, asking which level I was, last date in which I played and which mission I was doing... Sadly, don't remember this details because in the last weeks I focused playing on Valhalla...
