    @sensai_s Yup. Second time they've claimed it's been restored without restoring it.

    And their support site is broken so I doubt they're getting complaints from most people.

    Same here, still no save returned. I am dissapointed but not surprised by the lack of any real response or explanation.

    @ubi-theberry Two weeks and they've closed two of my support tickets without fixing the issue. Also tried tweeting support which some say worked with a quick response, did not work for me, no response. I have almost 300 hours invested in the save that got deleted.

    @Ubi-Froggard I am planning to re-start this game all over again because i love it too much and hate that can't play it. Has the core issue been plugged so that it doesn't happen again? Because it would suck if I were to replay this whole game for the 3rd time and have it disappear again.

    This morning my Breakpoint save was restored! I had posted in this thread a few times, so just an update. I did have a support ticket open since May 31, and I was contacted this morning by support to check my game, that it had been restored, and it has been. It took awhile, but thank you Ubisoft Support for working to get this fixed for me!

    @nintindu still absolutely nothing on my end. Support keeps closing my ticket telling me that the issue is fixed......fun fact it's not. Zero actual updates, information on what happened or potential fixes, or will this happen again. I don't think I've been this disappointed in a game so badly broken since battlefield 4 👎 👎 👎 👎

    I just wanted to say that a few days ago I opened a ticket, and the issue has been solved within the day. First reply was nearly automatic, but patience and politeness got me through the required steps. You want a date for the last time you had access to the save, the save slot used, user name on Stadia and number of hours (easy to find in Stadia). Then a click on an email to confirm it's really you, and done! Ideally the whole thing should not happen, but at least the support was helpful and quick.

    Just logged in to see my saved profile gone. I had almost finished the whole game and wanted to get the last couple of side mission with a friend online... Could you please restore my account?

    Hello everyone, just a quick follow-up before we unpin this thread >

    Beginning May 25th, some players may have lost their progression who were playing on Google Stadia. The team confirmed on June 6th, that they have granted a compensation of 20,000 Skell credits and 700 Ghosts coins to all Stadia players. for your inconvenience related to characters being missing or progression being erased.
