Turrets (artillery) refuse to fire and/or targetting locked to a fixed point and will not move.
Striker drone hovering and not engaging enemy: manually or auto.
What's the fix, Ubisoft?

@hpoonis2010 sorry to jut in here but on the turret occasionally I fire on a position and then the skill will stay locked on, this actually seems to be... Sort of... intended as it won't hold forever but will work as a good way to maintain fire on a fixed position, it's a good plan that doesn't work quite as intended, to unlock fire position move the target reticle back within your FOV and double tap the corresponding key "q" or "e" also worth checking to ensure that the setting for input lag is checked, this helps with issues surround skills like... Always. Sorry if this didn't help but I tried

You could directly upload the clip to an online video-sharing platform like Twitter or YouTube. Alternatively, you can always try uploading it here on the discussions or try sending it to us another way, such as through a file-sharing site.
@hpoonis2010 - While I understand these steps can become repetitive and may sometimes sound robotic. It's important to note that these types of steps can help rule out many of the common causes for technical-related issues. @ubi-gizmo Did I not mention that an odd phenomena also happened with drone? As for turrent, I seems that the locked position thing is a deliberate implementation. Whatever...I cannot see a use for it myself.

As a matter of interest, I have been using drone since the year dot (whatever year it was I purchased) but all this broken malarky seems to have manifest since you decided to bork expertise. Although it may have been lurking since update 15.

@ubisushivamp Alas! I did not. I posted for your information NOT to do your job for you. If you want to try to recreate and or verify the files...by all means go hard. Given my history with Ubisoft's "support" over the past dozen years or so I am hardly likely to bend over and let you enjoy the fruits of my labour free of charge.
How about you give me something for MY TIME and I'll reciprocate? I had to battle with you buggers for 2 years to get you to acknowledge that my inability to use AC III DLC was down to your (original) use of Digital River and that delivery model. TWO FRIKKIN YEARS!! Did I get anything for my time? NO! Stop making me annoyed and fix your [censored] without me.

For full transparency, we are not the members of the same teams who investigate these reports, so we aren't always able to personally reproduce an issue, rather we collect as much information as we can from players so our teams can investigate this further for you.
There is zero guarantee they will encounter the same issue, so the more details we can collate, the better.
First and foremost, we are here to help, but at times may need additional information from players to be able to do this effectively.
We will be more than happy to continue looking into this with you if you're able to provide a video as requested, otherwise we cannot make any guarantee of any fixes being pushed with the information currently available on this thread.
Compensation is also something we have zero control over and is not typically distributed in exchange for issue reports.
