    Since the last "patch/update" whatever you want to call it, my game crashes on startup no matter what I do. RTX 3080Ti latest driver, Ryzen 9 5950X (latest bios + latest chipset). I sent 32421421421 crash logs to ubisoft, but it's been weeks and before the game ran just fine 😕

    @tutyakafutux Same here. It plays a few of the pre title screen splash screens and then crashes. This sucks. AMD 6900.

    I've also got crashing issues when trying to go back to England from any other location. Reinstalled the game and still getting the same issue. This was after completing the siege of Paris. 3060ti

    Thanks for replying. I wouldn't have posted on the forums before i did basic troubleshooting. Everything is up to date. It's a shame that Ryzen big massive intro logo is in ac valhalla yet it crashes on amd cpus. LOL. Every other game works fine, but since the last patch, it crashes

    @tutyakafutux Thanks for giving those steps a try! I am sorry to hear that they did not resolve the issue for you. Since the crashes are continuing I recommend creating a support ticket with our team with your Msinfo and Dxdiag files in order to be able to investigate further what may be causing the crashing!

    @tutyakafutux I was able to stop the crashing for me. It seemed to be an issue with AMD driver version 22.5.2 I went back to 22.5.1 and the crashing stopped.

    @pinesal used to work fine, i won't downgrade my rig for a game for a patch 😞

    @tutyakafutux Looks like I was wrong about it being the driver version because it started crashing again.

    For me, the problems seems to be related to HDR. Do you use HDR? If HDR is enabled in Windows, the game will crash. If HDR is disable the game will start. If the game is started and I enable HDR, the game will crash.

    @pinesal while i do have a gsync ultimate screen (hdr obviously) i never use it in any games ever. Like i said, before last patch, used to work just fine. I played hours and hours without problems.

    @tutyakafutux Have you confirmed that in Windows display settings, HDR is toggled off? You checked?
