    Hi, i had the message that i have items in my Mailbox after the rollback, but after i checked there was nothing in and the message was gone... Why i did not received the SHD Cache with materials ??

    Hi,

    I was at lvl 23 of expertise level, and after the rollback I was at lvl16, and also some of my items were rolled back on lvl 16 (and also some of them were rolled back more, on lvl15, strange).

    Today I should get some compensation, but I got nothing....
    My mailbox is not full, but there are no any compensation caches there.

    Could you solve this, or why I got nothing?

    @anonymus23 I was on Know How Level 28 and was roll back to Level 16 and get also no compensation!!!!

    the compensation is for the upgrades, not for the expertise level.
    Did you upgrade your gear over 20?

    @desrocchi why must I upgrade my gear over 20, when I was rolled back to 16? Some Weapons where over 16, maybe over 20, I have no Idea, I have only made a screenshot from my Level 28 Know-How! How could I proof that now, after the rollback???

    None of my friends got over level 20 upgraded, some got rolled back and no caches.
    Some didn't have roll backs and got caches.
    I got rolled back and no caches.

    If you are asking meg, the answer, that I know it, but I also had some items what were rolled back from the upgrade, and what is more, there were items rolled back on lower level then the expected...


    I just saw Yannick"s tweet about it, and he wrote, in case of anybody lost item upgrade (even if this was only 1 item) he is eligible for the compensation.

    So, where are my compensation caches? 🙏

    Expertise level was rolled back (6 levels) as well as some upgrade levels (1-3), but no caches appear in my agent's mailbox.

    Evening/Afternoon/Morning.

    I wasn't near the level 20+ others were but I still did suffer a rollback, 1 almost 1.5 levels, but I didn't receive a cache. Mailbox wasn't full. Other teammates who also only rolled back 1 level did get a cache.

    Should I just open a ticket with Ubi Support as I know I'm not the only one. I couldn't find like a "mega thread" for this subject.

    Losing an Expertise level does not make you eligible to receive the compensation cache. You have to have lost at least one upgrade level on an individual piece of gear to be eligible. For example, you might have been at Expertise 5 and got recalculated (not rollbacked) to Expertise 4, but unless you had an item upgraded to level 5 at the time of the update, you won't receive anything because you didn't lose anything.

    As @Crash-ToDesktop mentioned, this cache is dependent on your upgrade levels lost. Can you please confirm if you lost any upgrades, by any chance?

    I did upgrade some items prior to the rollback. They were lost and I have not received a compensation cache. What do I do next?

    Hello MidnightRGB,

    Thank you for your patience while we conducted the investigation regarding the Expertise level rollback.

    The feature rollback was meant to recalculate the Expertise level based on how many Proficiency ranks you have unlocked. Upgraded gear and weapons remain proficient no matter the changed Expertise level you may see.
    Please note that the compensation was based on number of item upgrades lost, not the Expertise levels directly.
    Basically, all upgrades beyond the newly calculated Expertise level were lost. And that is what was compensated.
    The team has checked the issue and we can assure you that our system has calculated all amounts correctly.

    they only compensated whoever went over 20? wow , how about all the exotics wasted from 11 to 20? most people were surely below 20 but

    i then received the cache because i was at proficiency level 30 at the time of the rollback and the only item i upgraded over 20 was my regulus , it was at 21 , seems i got lucky.
