Unsolved Faction Rewards Missing.

Hi, I'm seeing if anyone can help me figure out why I haven't received my rewards from faction challenges. I've not received 4000 steel in total due to not receiving two faction challenge rewards. Is there a fix at all or any chance you can give me 4000 steel?

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received some faction rewards. Could you just clarify which challenges they were from and provide a screenshot of those?Official Response -
@ubi-froggard The challenges were "Play the most matches" I think and the other was "Be the faction with the most takedowns". I can't provide screenshots as the first one was live about a week or 2 ago and the second was a few days ago.
