    The game crashes at random. Sometimes I play 5 minutes and it crashes, other times I play for an hour and it crashes. I don't understand what's the issue. It's not due to overheating, because I was monitoring my tempereatures, and none of them go above 60-70C. The game just freezes mid drive, with the engine sound on permaspam, and I have to kill the process from Task manager.

    May we please know the specs of your PC (GPU, CPU, RAM, OS, Laptop / Desktop)?

    And if you haven't done so already, could you please make sure you've given all the steps in this PC troubleshooting guide a try including verifying the game's files?

    it's just a question if by any chance you record video while in game after the update the cpu goes up to 100% i noticed it on my I.7 9.7k with all cores at 4.9

    The game also has crazy delays not always in that case it stresses the cpu at 100%

    Can you also try all the steps from the troubleshooting article ? Have you noticed any similarities between the crashes ?

    @ubi-akatsirin Yes, I've done all the rudimentary stuff before I even opened the thread. That's why I'm writing. There's no correlation between crashes. It always happens mid drive. Weither it's just roaming the open world, or in the middle of a race. Seemingly happening at random points. Game freezes, and doesn't even give me an error, so I have to manually terminate the process through task manager.

    @ubi-akatsirin you really need to take this issue way more seriously! i was on a chat support with one of you, i give you all my logs and findings, even a crashlog that happens every single time the game runs and your man told me that he will get back to me in a mail, because you have to look deeper into this. That happened more than 2 weeks ago and no sign of any communication.

    it would seem more an error due to the outdated gpu or that cmq kept in aggressive oc.

    @Ubi-Ciel i was told to "Take care and look out for that mail in your inbox." ... but i have the feeling you guys think that somehow my computer needs fixing instead of the game. i was playing this game since beta and never had the game run this bad. Let's spare us both the time where you tell me that i should clear temporary internet files and close all programs in the background... a game that looks significantly worse than it's predecessor shouldn't use 100% of 8 CPU cores.

    @Rindoukan1 By any chance are you using Logitech G HUB? A few months ago, I experienced the same issue that you did. After doing some testing, I realized that Logitech G HUB was the culprit. I uninstalled it and switched to using Logitech Gaming Software. Ever since then, my game has never frozen again.

    @tbcsuperman Nope, I have no Logitech products hooked to my PC. I have Corsair's iCue and Steel Series GG for my keyboard and mouse respectively. If that's the cause for random crashes, there's something seriously wrong with the game's code.

    If so, have you attempted the other troubleshooting steps listed in this thread, such as the PC steps here or verifying the game's files?
