    Hello there!

    i dont know if this is just me, but my assassins creed valhalla game is currently unplayable, because of crashes.
    its no specific time it crashes, its random, but it makes it unplayable, because its very frequent.
    i know where the logs are kept, but i dont know which one is the one for that specific game.

    help is very appreciated! 🙂

    Hi @rassebasse I'm sorry to hear that you have been experiencing crashes whilst playing Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

    Could you take a look at the PC troubleshooting article and run through all the steps listed then try again. The support article contains some of the most common fixes for crashes, freezing, FPS drops and more.

    Please confirm if this resolves the issue.

    Nope... it's not you.
    I did some short gaming sessions to finish the last errands. some daily missions and some community stuff. Well, short, because like with you, the game keeps crashing within half an hour. It has been like this since the beginning of this game. First i could not finish the game because of a gamebreaking bug which took them almost half a year to get rid of. the crashing, however, still remains as one of the most annoying thing ever in a game. Friend of mine has started the game three times and finally deleted is because it kept crashing.
    The steps ubisoft shows in the pc troubleshooting article have been run through 100 times. no result. All in all, with all the bugs, all the crashing, this game, assassins creed Crashalla has become one of the most dissapointing experiences i have ever had in my entire gaming carreer. And it is really sad, as i have been a huge assassins creed fan from the start. Played every single game there is in the franchise but i am afraid they killed it for me with this one...

    Hi @Apestront I'm sorry to hear that you have also experienced crashes whilst playing Assassin's Creed Valhalla and that none of the PC troubleshooting has helped.

    if you waste your time progressing this, they will waste your time "pretending" they can help.

    its not just this game, its every other Ubisoft title im playing, its UbiCrash at its finest. Some days i crash 3 times before ive chosen a character. Its a full blown shet show, where nobody knows [censored] is happening,
    if its crashing entertainment (would you pay to watch a film that keeps returning to the beginning?), its not fit for purpose, and should be refunded. BUT... no, youve "played" for more than 30 seconds YOU OWN IT FOREVER ! WEVE GOT UR MONEY NOW! BUHAHAHAHA...

    Ubisoft is a money making game template modding machine that have has never delivered.

    if u stop feeding the animals, maybe theyll go away.

    anyway, the reason i came here was to complain about the crashes. i am failing to be entertained by your failing crashing products.
    should i do all the tests? should i send you a video?
    and when that doesnt work shall i bulldoze down my house and rebuild?

    I'm sorry none of those helped @rassebasse.

    I'm also sorry you're having such a frustrating experience with these crashes and in general @hu-ah-wei. I'd like to try to help.

    As long as all the steps in the troubleshooting above have been completed, I'd like to have you both make a Support Case and attach your System Files for me. If you could update me after you've done that, it will help me take a closer look into working towards what's causing the crashing.
