I have just noticed the same issue.

I have been able to unlock the location specific challenges by revisiting them. However, the challenge "[DLC 2] Regium Francium" remains locked even though I have re-synced all the viewpoints in Francia. The progress bar is at 0/100.

Platform: PC.

Same issue here and probably I would never have noticed it if I hadn't browsed game issues in the forum.
At this point, I'm not gonna unlock the four unlockable challenges if [DLC 2] Regium Francium remains locked.
Waiting for a fix.

@Wollyd1878, the same problem to me, sync points doesn't count now, but i already finished it and other challenges before too.

Idem for me, some core challenges of Paris DLC (the four regions and 100% viewpoints) have been reset recently.

I could unlock again the four regions by fast-travelling to them, but none of the nine viewpoints (which are still accessible on the map) are registering in UbiConnect. The 100% bar is stuck at zero.

I think I know what the issue is, and it's totally server side. I just discovered "Reach High Points Synched" stat, which didn't change after I started SoP again and synced Francia's viewpoints again. Please, resolve this issue soon.

Also broken for me. Regions reunlocked but sync points broken.

@Ubi-Auron I play on PC and I have the same issue but when I try to open a ticket, I receive this message. Can you open a ticket for me and sove the problem?

Hi, same issue for me, Regium Francium got un-completed. I cannot open a ticket, as the only option to do so is to start a chat, which is unavilaible, so I am recommended to chose another option, which unfortunately does not exist...

@Ubi-Auron your answer isn't the "best" answer, I'm afraid - no-one who had done these challenges can re-do them - no video is needed as it affects everyone in that situation
