    i have tried all the options in the threads online. i even reinstalled the game. it keep showing error 3-0x0001000B.


    Also, I cannot contact help in ubisoft website. It says to login even though I am already logged in.

    PLease help.

    @Ubi-Milky i tried all the steps in the https://ubi.li/YPwnl link but it is still not working.

    i have been having this issue for the past few days. I just checked and it is still not connecting.

    The ping is malfunctioning. i verifed the files several times and i installed all the game updates.

    Is JapanEast the correct Data Centre for you?

    If you try manually setting your Data Centre to elsewhere, do these errors persist?

    If so, could you please open a case via our Support Site, Facebook or Twitter so we can look into this further with you?

    @Ubi-TheBerry i live in japan, so jpaneast is the best center for me.

    I manually changed the datacentre but it still doesnot work

    @Ubi-Mark I also have this issue and have tried checking game files multiple times. I'm able to play other games where the connection works but for Siege it is unable to connect. I am from New Zealand and connect to Sydney servers which seem to run fine. Any options I should try?

    allora buongiorno...ieri sera entro su rainbow e avvio una classificata con dei amici mi inizia a pingare tra i 100 e i 1000 anche 2000 di ping e mi fa crashare da solo , esco e non mi da nessun ban un mio amico ha detto che potrebbe essere un problema mio di connessione quindi spengo e riacendo il modem, rientro su rainbow e vedo che mi da 2 giorni di ban ma io non ho fatto nulla neanche mi sono mosso nella partita...io spero che si possa risolvere osseno avrete penso un altro che vi odia su queste cose che non dovrebbero succedere nel 2022

    @Ubi-Mark i am unable make to make a case in ubisoft support website. i am already logged in but it says that i have to log in to make a case. i refreshed several times and logged out and logged in again but it still is not working.
