Good morning, today I claimed 1 week of ubisoft+ in prime gaming but the Dawn of Ragnarok DLC is only available for purchase, I would like to know if there is any way to solve this!

Note: I bought AC Valhalla with the season pass a while ago, and i'm trying to play through geforce now.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

@Valak1z From examining the list of games included in Ubisoft+, it appears that DoR is not included as a standalone game... but it is included with Valhalla Complete Edition. So, you would need to play the full complete edition in order to play DoR on Ubisoft+.

@Valak1z Hey there! Welcome to Discussions! Sorry that you are having trouble accessing Dawn of Ragnarök after claiming the Ubisoft+ prime gaming deal. It looks like the Complete Edition of Valhalla should be available through the Ubisoft+ subscription. You can see which games are included here. However, Dawn of Ragnarök would not be available as a stand-alone download through Ubisoft+ as @TheNorfolkian mentioned above. In this case, what you may need to do is uninstall the game and reinstall the Ubisoft+ Complete Edition to get access to the expansion pack. If you do decide to do this, please be sure to back up your save files so that nothing is lost in the process. Please reach back out if you have any issues with this.

@Ubi-Perseids Thanks for the help, but the game isn't even showing up in my ubisoft+ library... Yesterday a friend of mine was able to access the game through ubi+ normally, but today, when I asked him to check if the game still appeared in his catalog, he reported that it no longer appears! Could you take a look?

@regoc50 Unfortunately I still haven't been able to solve it, but apparently this is happening to everyone, which leads me to believe that it's a bug... I hope they solve it as soon as possible, I was extremely excited to play DoR and I came across this XD, I'm very sad.

To be honest it's riddiculous. I activated this Ubi+ subsciption from Amazon offer to test how it's working and to play AC:Valhalla with all the dlcs. I was wondering about buying this subsciption but now when I've the same issue right after starting this offer I am thinking that buying it is quite a bad idea and not worth my money. I've sent the message to support but they will probably answer with some stupid and obvious tips first and waste my time only without resolving the problem. I bet this test subsciption will end before they will resolve the problem...

@Valak1z Thanks for updating us, and I'm glad to see you've been able to access Assassin's Creed Valhalla again in Ubisoft+! Even so, I'm very sorry this resolved after your free trial ended. If you run into any further issues with the game and/or Ubisoft+, please let us know so we can take a further look!

@regoc50 @HolyPunishment @alexpassos0 Hey everyone, I apologize for any frustration this situation has caused you! Our teams have resolved this issue, so Assassin's Creed Valhalla should be available in Ubisoft+ again. If you're still unable to access it, please try closing the Ubisoft Connect client and then launching it with administrator rights. Should that not help, you can uninstall and reinstall Ubisoft Connect. If the issue continues even after that, please don't hesitate to let me know so this can be reported! Thanks!
