    Every time I gat as far as Continue which I press it goes through the usual hints then instead of loading game crashes back to Windows?
    Same issue on previous saved games.
    Verified files started resolve and got "failed to validate game files. Please try re-installing the game".. Now it just loads initial splash screen and then crashes
    Game was working fine before latest patch!

    Hey @faiellarose! Odd situation that you have been running into; apologies for this! Firstly to confirm this, have you tried reinstalling the game to see if you still run into the same situation? If it continues to crash at the splash screen after reinstalling it, check your graphic card drivers to see if you have the latest update installed. I would also suggest reinstalling Ubisoft Connect to ensure you have the newest version and that it is installed on the same hard drive as Assassin's Creed Valhalla. However, please create a support ticket if the crashes persist with your MSINFO & DxDIAG attached. This way, we can continue to review this with you. 🙂

    @ubi-smash The Ubisoft Connect is up-to-date as it updated before I downloaded the patch. Latest NVIDIA drives already checked.
    I have no other option but to re-install game as repair action has made the situation worse as It doesn't load far enough as only get 1st splash screen and crashes so not even initial videos.

    ? Ubisoft Connect has never been on same drive as Valhalla as that's on SSD but has never caused an issue before.

    Interesting Valhalla is requesting Update.
