    Hello...
Iam from Brasil, so, sorry if there's any mistake in writing, because I'm using google translator for that...

We are a group of friends who have been playing since Aug/2019, and the best part of the game that makes us happy is the PVP...
We've gone through several updates, and balances in this game...
but, this current moment of the game is complicated to like...
This game should be a bunch of mixed talents so that the team is strengthened.. but on the contrary, most talents add personal damage to the character, and the worst, multiplicative damage
so it makes the game have a horrible ttk, everything in this game directs you to add more and more and more damage
first I want to give as an example the 2 pieces that make an extreme difference in any build

    • Fox's Prayer
    • Contractor's Gloves

This damage shouldn't exist here, it makes parts from other slots like vest, mask, backpack etc, useless, or have you seen someone who understands the game using a Petrov backpack, or someone using a holster, Overloard?
Not to mention that adding these multiplicative damage attributes only makes the game's ttk worse (I'm referring to PVP as mentioned),
Should give other options instead of adding Damage and more damage and more damage...
Another mistake I see is that weapon attributes have the same thought...
Who for God's sake will use any other attribute on their weapons other than "Damage to Armor" or "DMG to target out of cover"?? Remember that there are currently 12 attributes that can be added to your weapons, only someone who doesn't understand the game will use attributes different from the ones I mentioned.

"DMG TO TARGET OUT OF COVER"

In addition to having numerous talents that multiply the character's damage even more...
The game should have a swing in which it would be a division between (DPS, Tank and Skills) but what we see today is Skills that hitkill most of the time, DPS that actually kill you with 1 shot or 10 bullets from the magazine.. .and the tanks can't stand anything, and all for what? there is an exaggerated distribution of Damage throughout the game
You see nowadays Builds with 6 blue, and it kills you with 1 sniper shot, which shouldn't happen...
Sub builds with 5~6 Blue, which kill you with 15 bullets...
And mostly, Pistol Builds that give you about 1M damage with 4~6 blue, and there's still
    #####
There are talents that are good but don't work as they should because of the exaggerated damage that is currently
The game should provide a longer fight duration, especially when there are 2 groups with a little more experience, where they would have 1 tank, 1 healler and 2 dps for example...
But, the talents used are almost nil due to the exaggerated damage currently, In addition to other talents.

    • Galvanize
    • Vanguard
    • Leadership
    • Protector

The nerf done on the shields was good, but, just for the small shields, the big shield should have a lot of health, so you can play with a tank character, and buff your teammates...
The big shield bug is the exaggerated damage from the pistols, that should be nerfed... and not the big shields.
    #####
Currently you can play with some types of weapons of some categories, such as LMG, Assault Rifle, Precision Rifle and Sub, but Rifle is unplayable in PVP, the damage is very low, because Rifles have a very low cadence.. .
I'm not referring to the M1A Class, because it would be very OP if it has high damage like it used to...
But, there are other rifles that could have some considerable damage again in PVP...
    - ACR SS
    - MK17
    - GIS
    - Urban MDR
    - USC .45 ACP

They are rifles that it was possible to play before, and nowadays it is useless in PVP, by the way, no rifle is good to play in PVP...
Just for builds with glass cannon and full red and hiding behind something, and no one does that...
A very honest comparison of damage for weapons like Famas 2010 and some rifles using the same build:

    • Famas 2010 (Expertise 15) = Normal DMG (40.621) - Crtitical DMG (102.485) - RPM = 900
    • MK17 (Expertise 20) = Normal DMG (87.518) - Crtitical DMG (193.722) - RPM = 275
    • Urban MDR (Expertise 10) = Normal DMG (57.101) - Crtitical DMG (157.026) - RPM = 360
    • M1A Classic (Expertise 20) = Normal DMG (126.941) - Crtitical DMG (342.740) - RPM = 180
    • M1A CQB (Expertise 10) = Normal DMG (91.141) - Crtitical DMG (246.081) = RPM = 320

See that the damage is very unbalanced, obviously if you use a rifle against someone you will lose, it doesn't make sense... The RPM of Famas is 900, yes I said 900, so there is a rifle in this game so, to play only PVE ?
This is wrong, there are players who would like to use rifles for pvp, as others like sub or assault, or lmg, or sniper
    #####
And we can't forget about the skills that have been bugged for over 1 year, the famous "Shrapnel Trap"
That many players use to end the pvp of others...
Fire skills, which multiplies PVE damage when the sender player dies and spawns on cp

    #####
Here I put a summary of what I said above, and I think it would be a little more balanced and fair for us who like the PVP of this game...

    * Any change regarding Multiplied Damage, switch to Additional damage, or decrease the overall damage of things in PVP is too high.
    * Eliminate the attributes of "Damage to ;protection" and "Damage to enemy outside the cover" so that you can have other options.... and it will also help to reduce the damage.
    * Nerf Pistols, it ruins PVP...
    * Nerf Snipers, example has "Nemesis", it's not fair to die for someone with 6 blue with 1 sniper shot. This game is not FPS, is it?
    * Big shield buff so we can have group play options and keep the team a little longer alive...
    * Increase "Vanguard" talent from 2 to at least 3 seconds
    * Buff some rifles so they can be playable in PVP, currently no rifles in PVP
    - ACR SS
    - MK17
    - GIS
    - Urban MDR
    - USC .45 ACP
    * Nerf skills like:

    • Sting Hive (Decrease damage, fix issues where she damages enemies on the other side of the wall)
    • Artilhery Turret (Decrease the damage a little, decrease the cadence so that you can't shoot so quickly since the damage is too high)
    • Firestater Chem Launcher (Decrease damage dealt, fix PVE damage issue when caster is killed and revive in CP)
    • Burn Sticky Bom (Decrease the damage a little, fix PVE damage issue when caster is killed and revive in CP)
    • Explosive Stick Bomb(Decrease the damage a little)
  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
