@ubi-theberry I am having EXACTLY the same issue. I receive non-stop spam about failing to vote, but the button to access the council is faded, as OP described. Even if I restart the game or make a brand new corp, the problem persists. Solutions wanted!

Yes. Same probleme here. The npcs are spamming me that i have not voted but the senat is grey out...very anoyoing

Hiya, after previous problems with not working world market now Council is not working...I have the problem since friday 20/05.
I thought its due to weekend (world market had problem during the weekend, two weeks ago) so i've waited.
Its monday now and problem remains.
Only council is not working, the rest is fine as it should be. The most annoying thing is not only lack of council, it's the spam from all NPC about me not voting....and they spam each few seconds. Its almost unplayable due to that spam.

Hello,

While I am very happy that the World Market is now up and running again, it seems the Council Vote is now down. Network Status and Ubisoft are both green connected, I can establish trade routes via the World Market.

But The Council is greyed out. Connection not established, Click to open menu. Can't click on anything. PC via Steam.

Thanks, been enjoying the game with the add ons, shame that those last few achievements are down beyond my reach.

Same issue here, council greyed out and a reminder to vote every 2ish minutes. Steam version and I reinstalled and verified the installed files.

Please do something, all NPCs send angry messages every 5 minutes this is a serious deal breaker. There was a Council issue fixed on May 7th so whoever did the correction should come back and finish the fixing. Related to this, I noticed that world market prices have stopped fluctuating but if you could confirm that the world market will remain accessible then I guess it's acceptable.

Once again, please do something abount the NPCs, people are writing about it on Steam store, on the general Anno subreddit, on Anno2205's subreddit, on Ubisoft support...
