    So like the title says my game keeps crashing during or after the loading screen, it was working fine 2-3 days ago but all of a sudden it doesn't want to be played. Ive tried everything Ive read but not a thing worked, help please? ( pc btw )

    Hi @myownterms66 I'm sorry to hear that Assassin's Creed Valhalla is crashing.

    Could you take a look at the PC troubleshooting article and run through any of the steps that you may not have tried then try again. The support article contains some of the most common fixes for crashes, freezing, FPS drops and more.

    Please confirm if this resolves the issue. 

    If it doesn't could you also confirm the following:

    • Your PC specifications
    • If the game is installed on the same drive as Ubisoft Connect
    • If you are using any CPU affinity software
    • What USB devices are currently plugged in

    @Ubi-Keo Ive tried it all twice over and nothing is working, at this point it wont load the game at all. I heard from someone close to me who deals with pc's say it sounds like a corrupted file, is that something that can be fix?

    @myownterms66 I'm sorry to hear that the troubleshooting steps have not helped to resolve the issue.

    In those steps provided there is a step to verify your game files, which should repair any corrupted game files.

    You could also try running a System File Check (SFC) for any corrupted system files.

    @Ubi-Keo The instructions were followed but after entering the code as instructed the message given was this: 'Error: 112 There is not enough space on this disk.' I have an external hard drive but it does not seem to recognize it.

    Could you please install the game on an internal drive? Having it on an external hard drive can cause issues with running it.
