    I'm playing through Tombs of the Forgotten part 2. In the tomb of Togodomnus is a weight puzzle. I've gotten the item we need to push, opened the doors, dropped the weight to lower the box that blocked the last door. The weight is now on the box(cage) but I still cannot push the item over the box(cage). I've included a screenshot. Something is wrong, I've watched a video to make sure I did it right, and I did, the game just broke here. How can this get fixed? UBIsoft's idea of technical support is to send me to the forums to ask for help, how sad is that?

    @Tolkyyn No screen-shot! Easily done. I've hesitated on these for this kind of reason.

    Hi @Tolkyyn I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue with a puzzle in the Togodomnus Tomb.

    Could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue so.

    I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread.

    @Ubi-Keo Hi. In setting up to record the game I had to redo several steps (like pushing the weight of again which I had done just a few minutes before) but when I recorded pushing the item needed, it actually went onto the box, as intended. So your request for a video seems to have solved the issue. Thank you.
