    Sometimes I come to the website and it logs me out and sends a security code to my email. But I can just log back in without the security code anyway. I don't know why it does that. 3rd time this week it seems.

    @Redfeather1975 The same thing happens to me. Sometimes the code is required upon re-log, sometimes it isn't. Either way, a code is sent to my email. I don't understand how a company as large as Ubisoft could experience so many issues so often.

    Hey there everyone, I realize the security code emails can be annoying sometimes, and there's a few things that can cause this specific issue.

    First of all, make sure any PC you use to actually play the game has been set as a Trusted Device.
    After that, when you log in to the Ubisoft Connect launcher, make sure that you check the box that says "Remember Me."
    Finally, do the same thing when you log into the Ubisoft Connect website

    Doing all of that should prevent as many security code emails being sent.

    @Ubi-SleepyGoat The website randomly logs us out even though we have done the things you have recommended. It's not a serious issue, it's just annoying.

    There are no permanent fixes for this log in or being logged-out issue, so far.
