I also confirm that the general assassination counter does not change :
after several assassinations (usual ones, from horse, from above, while running , while sliding, using fake death, from corner) the counter is still at 29,331, none have been added to it or to the weekly challenge

The other weekly challenges work fine but this one doesn't update at all, still at 0/100.

...open the Ubisoft Connect overlay to show that the counter has not increased for the challenge...

@Ubi-Keo I could be mistaken, but I think that is not possible on the XBox Series X. The console only allows recording while in the app... it does not record system overlays or switching between apps.

Regardless, I can confirm that this problem is an issue for me as well. I am not seeing the counter increase for the ‘Master Assassin’ challenge, AND I also just checked my Leaderboard stats to confirm that my assassination count has not increased at all.

I would like to note, however, that all other challenges are being counted as intended.

@FarohkTazim Yeah, this is definitely a global issue, regardless of the gaming platform. I suspect there’s a serious glitch in the Ubisoft servers.

No idea if this is in any way related but the game crashed once every day in the last three days. Didn't have a crash for months before that. Right now I'm only doing Reda's daily/weekly stuff and the Connect challenges, so I'm not exactly playing a lot.

@SpirantCrayon22 same here. I checked yesterday to see how close I was and saw it was still at zero. Sigh. I tried again today but still no luck.

Is it just me who can not get any assassinations to register in this weeks Challenges? Assassintaed alot and still at 0.

@GenRabbit It's reported to be bugged. We'll have to wait until they fixed it. ‍️

just to add I’m having the same issue. There’s nothing I haven’t restarted or rebooted and no matter how many assassinations I perform, the counter in ubi connect is staying at 0/100

tu 1.6.1 and pc. i test 13 assassinations and they register to the total kills but not in total assassinations or challenge???

I just tested on PS4 pro :
performed 9 assassinations :
no single change :

1. Weekly challenge = 0/100
2. Total Assassinations count = 29,331 = same as November the 4th

Note : Connecting to Ubi servers from France / no VPN

Thought I should throw myself in here as well, since same issue. Xbox series X user. Master assassin not updating, assassin kills not updating either. Hope this gets fixed soon.
