Moved Supported languages on PC in EU/CIS/ASIA

Hello everyone. I'm from Russia and i noticed that only Russian is present in the preload files.
I would like to ask the developers to add the English version in addition to Russian. Is it possible ? -
When preloading didn't you get the option to download supported languages? I did.
