    The game will not allow me to complete the quest 'A Seer's Solace'. The quest won't track on my HUD or my map and when I go to the place specified in the quest description, I am not able to talk to anyone to proceed with the quest.

    Quest was tracked on my map before updating the game to 1.0.2

    Hello everyone!

    I'm excited to announce an update on this issue. Earlier today, we deployed a hotfix that should allow you to now progress with A Seer's Solace. Please find the full information on this in this thread, and quoted below for your convenience:

    This is to let you know that we deployed a server-side update earlier today that should allow players to proceed with the Seer's Solace quest. Thanks for your patience while we worked on this fix.

    Note: Please fully close the game application for the fix to become active. We also highly recommend to attempt the completion of the quest immediately upon loading your savegame.

    Since we're already talking fixes: We genuinely appreciate all of you for your vigilance in reporting issues to us and want you to know that we're currently working on our next title update. You can expect fixes for some of the reported known issues (& more) later this month. Stay tuned.


    If you are still unable to complete the quest after restarting the game, and ensuring it is fully-updated, please let us know here.

    Progression breaking bug - cannot start A Seers Solace quest. Am right at the beginning. Spoke to Randvi and she suggested I talk to the seer on the mountain. The quest is not available in my quests list and if I go to the seer on the mountain nothing happens. I cannot progress story. I am on PS4.
    I have reloaded my save several times. The quest is never loaded into my quests list and cannot be started. This new forum design is terrible and the UI breaks on my phone btw.

    Game is updated to 1.0.2. seems like the update broke the quest.

    A game breaking bug is a pretty big issue for reviewers to be dealing with days before release. Odyssey had a game breaking bug that cost at least one forum member 100 hours of gameplay.

    Thankfully this has been reported. Hopefully it will be fixed ASAP. I value my time. Ego isn’t a consideration.

    @FunbagsOfSatan If there is a bug, next time tag it as spoilers too so if ppl dont want spoilers they wont read the post.

    @tasha-soriah sorry. I would have tagged it if I could figure out this new forum design? I would suggest people stay away from the support section of the forum to avoid spoilers. I can't even edit the post now.

    I fixed it by deleting the software and reinstalling the game from disk. I have been playing on version 1.0.0 and haven't had any more bugs that have stopped me progressing.

    @funbagsofsatan I deleted the game from my hard drive and reinstalled from the disc and stopped it updating to fix this problem.

    @saulja_boy I tried this. I can't load my save as it's 1.0.2. the 1.0.0 says it can't load the saves

    @dlmthree You should take it up with Amazon Australia. I was absolutely disgusted that they sent me my copy early. How dare they try to get goods to paying consumers on time while working around an over stretched Australia postal system due to a pandemic.

    Hey folks, sorry that you're running into this issue. If it is only happening on 1.0.2 I'll let the developers know. I've replied to an earlier thread regarding this - if you are having this issue, please provide a video for the developers as I have already made them aware of the issue itself. Thank you! 😁

    @funbagsofsatan Technically I'm beta testing the game for you at this point so you don't have to deal with this stuff on launch day. You do not want to be super keen and launch this game at 12 am to find it's literally broken with no means to progress very very very early in the game. If it makes you feel better, I was playing the opening and during that time the game broke. I was enjoying it immensely until that point in time so it's particularly annoying.
