

Same problem for me , got the email but no game in my library
Same as everyone here. Activation email was received at midnight and 9 hours later, nothing in library.

Hello, same problem here. Even double-checked on online Ubisoft account. I´ve received 2 emailes (1st with confirmed registration, 2nd telling me to "download the game from library") - but I do not have a game in library.
I´ve even tried to create a ticket, but there is no way to send it, the "create a ticket" button is inactive.
Please, resolve it for everyone.

I think all folks in here have the same isue, it is probbably connected to the store problems cos even folks who have bought it didnt get game in library. All the time the same ubisoft services lot of fun.

Well, obviously thank you for the answer! Even though it might mean, we won´t be able to play today or maybe even tomorrow or god knows when.
Although I think, all of us are a bit dissapointed with the fact, that in the confirmation email was stated, that the game will be downloadable and playeble right after launch. Right now it is almost 10h since launch and there is at least dozen of us, who do not have the game they paid for. I just wonder, how is it possible in company of this size and name?

on my Ubisoft account is not avaible new Assassin's creed Valhalla, whitch I won from samsung. I should recive game on 10.11.2020 and I didnt.

Probably in 2020 they do activate every single redeemed code manually in the library. Like counting ballots during US elections
Yeah same issue here, redeemed code last week and still empty library...
