I took holiday from work for the launch as I was hyped to play. Now I can only regret doing that watching at my valhalla-less library. Well, atleast I have my lesson for next time.

The game not showing up is not new. It can take up to 24 hours. I got Watch Dogs 2 some months ago through Epic launcher for free, and because of the overwhelming signups it took a day for the game to show up and launch. I guess there are many new players and promo signups. Give it some hours. I know how hard it is to wait so I understand your frustration.

Yep same problem here. I got Valhalla because of Samsung SSD. It says the game is available in your library but nothing there... I am really sad and dont know where is the problem, well I know it’s Ubisoft... Is this a new Ubisoft feature? To get your game 1-2 days later after release?

Same problem here. Bought the key with Samsung SSD, received the "Click on Games in the upper left corner of the client and then click on Assassin's Creed Valhalla" mail right after midnight, yet the game is still (7 hours later) nowhere to be found.
I am curious if there's anybody that actually received Valhalla after redeeming the code. -

I will never buy any promo hardware from samsung again.... -

The fun thing is i bought the SSD only for Valhalla. I dont even need that SSD. A now? No Valhalla and useless another SSD in my PC.

@thelajbr Yeah i feel like, they should also make sure what partner they are chosing for promothing their products.
Samsung delivered high quality NVME, but without promised game from UBI tho..
