Why does UBI do stupid things that allow streamers early access?7 Likes/5 Replies/109 ViewsOriginal poster Kim-Jong-un.33 1 posts
I post using a translation site.
Please forgive me for the mistake.
The game start should be the same because everyone buys equally.
If this is marketing, it's stupid.
If you watch the distribution of twitch or youtuber, it will be spoiled.
If you want to show us the content, the play video provided by UBI is sufficient.
When I look at the list of twitch, I can't find the streamer in Asia.
What is the reason for that?

It is marketing and yes it is very stupid.
Somewhy, they think that streamers will get more buyers prior to release date by just streaming and spoil the full game.

I agree with you. Ubisoft chooses to discriminate against people who paid good money for their game while giving the game to streamers in early access. I have absolutely no problem in giving-away games to streamers or beta keys for promotional material, but giving them early access while people paid up to 110-120 euros for the game is very insulting to me as a costumer.
Ubisoft marketing, you done fu**ed up!

There are some really great streams, which are not doing spoilers and talk more about the AC games. But the majority are doing raw game-play - I mean com'on the intro is already known by half of the world by now (and what a wonderful beginning). This is so annoying, coming from a big game development company. They have the capacity to pick wise and at least make sure nobody is spoiling the game 4-3 day before the release.
