    @mlr_sparco maybe you dont understand that is being said. Basically we all understand why streamers and youtubes get early access and such but they should not be ruining the game for the normal people. The full game should not be online until the release date. Also theres lots of people that have received the game and are playing already and they are not streamers or youtubers.

    @mlr_sparco Clearly the topic at hand with this post went very far above your head. I am the Lead Marketing agent for a security firm, I know how sales and marketing works. I will, however, NEVER release products to 1 group earlier than another. That's how you overall tank sales actually.
    And try to read next time before leaving a thoughtless reply, there are (as of this very second) 57 streamers on youtube/twitch with 5 or less viewers TOTAL during stream (you can check that kind of info if you didn't know). Please explain to me who those people are influencing?

    And you ACTUALLY said Ninja or Shroud pushed sales of products due to their streams? You do realize the only game Ninja impacted was Fortnite (Free) and if you watching Shroud or Ninja ANYWAY you are already a vivid player of FPS games and more than likely own them already. As a matter of fact, some devs haven't even went on record stating Streamers more often than not NEGATIVELY impact sales.

    Take CoD for example. The sales are pretty damn good for a game that is cookie cutting the same [censored] across generations lol. But watching streamers REVEAL such actually impacts sales negatively as those who are the fence for that type of market are on the fence in wait to see if anything new or innovative was added this time around.

    Apparently numerous NON early access people have access to the game as well. A buddy I play WoW with (he's in EU) says Amazon delivered the game and he's waiting for a seller to bring him a 3080 before he plays. I'm trying to figure out how many people got this and why hasn't Ubisoft just embraced the early release and gave it to everyone at this point.

    @sacrede5150 RadBrad on YouTube has 790k views for his first episode already .... Lots of people watch his channel so they can see whether a game is worth buying or not ....

    It's hard to argue with 790k views as advertising for your game and it's hard to argue that Brad didn't earn this when he has over 12 million subscribers ......

    Stop with the Entitlement nonsense ...... If you want early access to Ubisoft games get off your butt and EARN IT

    @longjohn119 Let this sink in, 12M subs, 790k views......

    Don't just go around slinging numbers if you don't actually know how any of them are represented. He has COLLECTED 12M subs, yes, this part is true. But of all those subs, less than 500k people every watch his videos. You clearly DO NOT understand how YouTube works. You never got curious why people (RadBrad for example) post a Part 1 (his Part 1 for Valhalla if you look actually has 2M views) but the part 2 is never anywhere remotely in that area? You're honestly part of the problem as you're the % of people that make up the easiest herdable sheep EVER. YouTube has algorithms that direct you to videos.

    If you watched 1 RadBrad video for more than 50% of its length he is no part of your autoplay library. Meaning at any given time, one of his videos can be next in que if you have auto play on. Imagine, our of all the BILLIONS of people who watch YouTube, how easy it is to generate massive views. Go YouTube it yourself. Many MASSIVE tubers explain how they get big numbers on videos without nearly 50% of their subs even watching. Truly, the ignorance you're displaying at the moment is the very thing UbiSoft grasps ahold of to keep doing stuff like this.

    RadBrad aside, they (UbiSoft) seems quite comfy with the fact that many people who ordered the game via Amazon, Best Buy, etc... has already received the game and is currently playing it. Or have you not looked in the bug section? I don't see any posts from RadBrad there LOL

    @longjohn119 Also, to touch on your last part, I work for a living. I am quite happy with my salary. When I go make a purchase of any kind, whether its car parts for my evo, video games, or new parts for my drones or firearms, I EARNED THAT [censored] cause its paid for from my pocket LOL. Therefore, if I paid for Ubisoft to deliver me a game, I expect it delivered fairly and equally like everyone else does.

    Lets take streamers out of the occasion since everyone is so butthurt and fanboyish over the topic, Australia and UK has estimated over 250 (and counting) players have access to the game due to delivery mishaps. Odd that the same time "early access" keys were sent out to "Streamers/People who EARNED IT" it was also accidentally delivered to HUNDREDS of others.......

    Anyone else smell the sheeps wool burning?

    It's a shame that you don't understand that Ubisoft could have warned the audience that early access is only for streamers and youtubers, and for ordinary people it will not. For example, I am very offended that I bought a large package, but access is like everyone else's.

    I've watched a few streams, Rad Brad and Hollow's, now it doesn't bother me personally and just makes me want to play the game more, but i get why some people don't like spoilers etc, but i did have to click play to watch it, i could of easily ignored it and not seen them and it doesn't bother me that youtubers and streamers got to play early, it is free advertising and potential customers got to see what the game plays and looks like, which is good in my opinion from what i saw of the xbox x version.

    @larrykop1967 And how is this any different than their dev streams of the game? You can just as easily see that as well. And that stream alone, has garnered over 17.2 Million views since being uploaded. Was that not sufficient enough? You think Marketing works that way? I can guarentee my clients would MUCH rather watch me showcase a product we designed than some other guy showing it off haha.

    But again, YT/Twitch streamers aside, where is the outpure and outrage from UbiSoft on all the others who has early access to the game? The ones ubisoft didn't invite.

    @sacrede5150 You do realize Ninja doesn’t just play Fortnite right? Sea of Thieves sky rocketed in popularity because of him and other big streamers like him,Microsoft also paid him millions to stream exclusively on their platform (Mixer) now why do you think that is? Because they certainly wouldn't be giving him money if he didn't produce results and the devs wouldn't be giving him and others early access to games for no reason either so streamers clearly serve a purpose whether its for sales or exposure.

    If you think people aren't buying this and other games simply because their favorite content creator is playing it you're crazy.

    They are playing the whole full release version of the game for a start and they are fans/consumers not dev's who will be biased showing off earlier builds of just little clips etc. i'm not seeing your point here and yes, youtube marketing does work that way, and 17 million views is good for the game isnt it!, people kept watching and might buy it.

    You guys could literally just do your own research and realize how ridiculous you are sounding at the moment.

    There are Tubers/Streamers with LESS THAN 1000 subs (I hate to see anyone misinformed due to not looking up info that is CLEARLY present, so the total number is 47 and out of those 47 only 2 managed 1k-3k views on 2 day old videos) with the game as a early access key.

    Being a lead marketing agent for a security firm, makes you an expert in marketing games?

    Lol...

    @deathsnap198 Unfortunately that's not up to you that's up to the creators to decide whether they want their game online prior to the release date,I'm not sure if you know this but this isn't the only game that allows content to be streamed or uploaded prior to its release,its all a marketing strategy to bring more people to the game and those "normal people" are their target. They know the fans will buy the game it's everyone else that's the target of these early access streams and videos and ofcourse there's a risk that many won't like it but they also realize it'll also convince people to buy it.

    As for those random non streamer/youtubers getting the game early, a lot of that is unfortunately mishaps with shipping and shelf stocking. Amazon accidentally delivers games early all the time as well as target and Walmart. Mom and Pop shops will also put out games early sometimes aswell,that's just how it is there's really no stopping that.

    I already pre ordered the game long before the streams, i didn't watch for research, i watched because i'm a fan of the game and i'm looking forward to playing it, who cares how many subs they have, so you want to play the game at the same time as the streamers basically or play it as soon as possible, yeah we all do but your going a little ott about it.

    @mlr_sparco Same could be said for the people who pre ordered and got early access. There's plenty of streamers who pre ordered but just don't have as many followers. Why not just let the people who preordered get the game early along with the streamers. There is actually an upside to letting people who preordered get early access, there would be more streamers. Showing favoritism to select streamers probably makes more people mad about having to watch someone else play the game and spoil things.

    @larrykop1967 Its free advertisement to people who haven't bought the game. Why not go ahead and let the people who preordered play the game as well. We already bought the game so its not like its gonna hurt sales if anything it means more people are streaming therefore even more advertisement.

    @darcadlan

    Yeah, no argument here, i pre ordered the game so i would get to play early, i'm not arguing against that, but it doesn't make me complain either because i didn't get it, companies don't care about customers they care about profit, any gamer should know that by now and youtubers actually playing the game is a better advertisement than official PR, media, as we all know they lie to sell a product, so i get why they have done it.

    @larrykop1967 Yes! THIS! EXACTLY THIS!

    I don't know how old you are, but I come from an era where WE (the gamers) were the advertisements. We used to get FREE demo of the game and be able to play the first 40-60 minutes of content and make a decision based on that on whether we wanted to buy it or not. The people defending this type of practice is the VERY reason things are the way they are today. Everyone is to quick to forgive/forget. WE are the profit. Game developers would be NOTHING without gamers buying/playing their games.

    But some studios just don't care anymore. Prime example is the recent sonic movie. The directors understood who THEIR profit was and made the correct changes and potentially saved what was about to be a instant crash. There is absolutely zero reasons we can't make a change happen. But everyone needs to stop trying to argue 1 side of the argument and realize we are the gamers that fuel these companies profit margins.
