0xc000007b - can't play the game

Hi, I am running into error 0xc000007b while trying to start the game.
I reinstalled direct x, visual x++ and net framework and nothing helped. Additionally I have veryfied data of the game and used cc cleaner for the registry - nothing helped. -

@ubikoality The topic can be closed, the issue was related to the use of Windows 7 instead of 10 (DX12 supporrt)
