Ok guys, so here is the deal. I never, ever, throw around the I am a healthcare worker card, but long story short, I am. That out of the way, here is what happened. I am an idiot. It's my fault, I have no one to blame but myself. I built a whole new PC and when I did I bought a 3800 XT processor which APPARENTLY came with a free copy of Valhalla. There was a massive influx of emails at that time from warranties and promotions from Razer and all that crap, and the Valhalla email just got mixed in with it all. I didn't know it was coming, so I didn't look for it, and I missed it. My fault, totally. I am an idiot. Anyways I had an issue with my water cooler that I bought so when I went back through and looked for the reciept to return it KABAAM! I was so excited! I've had hours cut and crap so I don't have the free cash to buy Valhalla right now so I was super excited to get it free and to be able to play it on my new PC! AWESOME!!!!!!! Then reality hit me. Turns out the redemption phase was until Nov 7th. 2 days.... missed it by 2 days.. not even. If there is any way that Ubisoft will honor it... god I would be so happy. I have receipts and codes and everything. Please please please help me out, AMD said its out of their hands. Thank you for your time, stay safe!

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

Hey The_Grift3r, thanks for posting, and thank you for the work you do as a healthcare worker! I'm sorry that it has taken a little while for us to reply, we've got a lot of posts being made daily here on the forums at the moment. As a quick heads-up, I deleted your duplicate post over in the General Discussions board, as this is best-suited as a support query.

If I understand your query correctly, you purchased an eligible processor from AMD which came with a free copy of Assassin's Creed Valhalla, but failed to redeem it before the promotion expired. If this is the case, I am afraid we are unable to assist further. 😞 The codes come with a limited redemption period, after which they are no longer valid, and the terms of the promotion are set out clearly by the promoter, and we cannot change these. The redemption process was entirely hosted on the AMD website as well to my understanding, so we have no visibility over the codes provided either.

If you have not already done so, it may be worth giving the code a try on the AMD redemption page just in case, but if it does not work, I am afraid it is expired as written, and there is nothing we can do to make it valid again.
