    Thank you for reporting this to us, we're sorry to hear that's been the case.

    The first thing we'd advise is verifying the game files, this will check for any missing or corrupt files and replace them. You can do this by clicking on the menu under the game Icon in Uplay, or clicking on the game tile in the Games list and then heading to the properties.

    Do you have multiple saves or just the one Auto Save? Are you able to load any earlier ones?

    Did the game crash when you were playing it, or has this occurred after closing and re-opening the game?

    the game has never been able to start. a window appears the game is automatically saved when the icon appears and crashes without an error. sorry for google translation

    Were you able to try the verifying game files step? What are you system specifications?
