    Hey!

I've been doing some exploring and i've just reached the underground section of the ruined Heillbor village, i've moved the stone to get to some of the loot but I can't let go of the stone!

Tried holding E, as well as some other keys, put the stone back etc and nothing is happening.

Has anyone else had this issue?

    Thanks

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

    Update!

Decided to load my last save and it loaded me in that room, in front of the stone, no longer holding on to it!

A good temp fix, but hopefully it can be permanently fixed in the future!

Yes I was also getting this in a section under Stavanger, I also found that either fast traveling to the nearby dock or one of the Synch points works too.. hope it gets fixed soon.

Hey folks! I'm glad reloading a previous save/fast travelling worked for you. ideally it shouldn't have happened in the first place, so I will make the team aware for future patches. Hope you're both enjoying the game. Hail!

I just had the same issue. No way to let go of the shelf at the secret entrance in Heilbor.

@Ubi-Spud Thanks for the response, I also noticed that when grabbing the item it only shows keybinds to "Move" and "Grab" and not "Let Go", but digging into the controls menu I found out the button is actually the "C" bind, the same for 'Dismount' and 'Leave Command" for the boat.
So instead of having to fast travel nearby the "C" button works, would have just been better if it was labelled when first grabbing onto what you are moving.

@faewild Also having this issue when moving a movable shelf in a treasure puzzle location. I had remapped my move key to middle mouse. I also found that the save/reload workaround worked.

This action was also problematic in AC Odyssey. If I had a torch when moving a shelf, I would set myself on fire when letting go and picking up the torch again.
