hello I have a problem with the game, a week ago I acquired the assassins creed valhalla digitally, everything was going very well but the game has been frozen for 24 hours, it does not let me do anything, I have talked to xbox about this but they always say the same and nothing works , I have spent 83 dollars on the game because I bought some accessories for my game, I have been told to uninstall the game but I already invested a lot of time in this game because I love it, does anyone know Any only solution for this problem besides uninstalling it? Because if so I prefer to return the game because I do not want to do everything again, I would settle for returning only the 50 dollars of the game

i have read all the system reqs, updated drivers and windows pre loaded the game everything. i cant even boot into the game it just spins the loading symbol. is there any fix for this? i have it installed on my hdd, usually this is no problem. i bought it on ubi but if i literally cant open the game should i just refund and buy on epic games?

Hello! Signed up just to ask this question with hopes that someone has a solution.

I’m receiving an error code of 0x80070490 when attempting to launch AC Valhalla (Xbox One) and I’ve done most of the troubleshooting such as restarting/resetting the console, I’ve removed and reinserted the disc, uninstalled and reinstalled, and searched endless sites and forums that don’t seem to have my issue (that I could find at least).

The disc is clean and suitable, it was purchased and then put directly into my console as soon as I got it home to install and has not left my console except when I was checking it, so there’s no way the disc is physically damaged.

Any help would be appreciated, I was about half way or a little over half way when this issue began, I just hope to finish the story and find all the cool things and whatnot.
