Like the title says, I can't move shelves and rocks away. I'm on PC, so whenever I hold the 'E' key and use the WASD keys to move the object out of the way, Eivor won't let go of the thing that I'm moving. This way, I can't ever enter tresuries or other sealed areas where you have to move something, therefore not getting the loot in it either. I really hope it's getting fixed soon.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

    Quick update:

So far I've only found one workaround this bug. Which is to first move the shelf/rock away, then use the map to fast travel to the nearest location. Thankfully, the object you just moved is no longer blocking the entrance. This way I can still loot the tresure, however it's very annoying that Eivor won't let go of it once he dragged it away.

    Also, another update:

This also applies to horses and other mounts. Once Eivor gets on them with the 'E' key, pressing or holding the key won't do anything, he's stuck on there until I ride into deep water.

Its not a bug, the key to grab is "E" the key to let go is "C", don't know why they did that.

@nap_nap Press "C" or go check the keymap for the "unhold" key

Sorry for the late response, due to the high volume of contacts it has taken longer than usual to respond.

As this is an old thread I have locked it. If you have any further issues please check the key mapping setup in the settings menu.
