    I've written to customer support no response of course, I don't have the game & Refund is completely blocked, I've read multiple people getting it after just a few hours, what is going on?

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

    @kutt911 I am in the same position. Zero response from Customer Service. I bought the game yesterday, over 24 hours ago. The money has been taken, but the game is not visible in my library. I am trying to keep a form post on the main page about this, but they keep getting moved down. They really should acknowledge this problem, as it is clearly still effecting a good few people.

    @pmacleod yeah its one thing to be having problems its another to restrict us from taking our business else where aswell.

    @kutt911 Even if you want to go buy it else where they already have your money and it would mean paying more than double the cost of the game. Which no game is worth doing that for.

    @pmacleod Im just gonna buy it else where, & request a refund when the option becomes avaliable, this isn't worth.

    I'm in the same boat and spoke to support chat earlier. I'm now close to 32 hours since purchase.

    Support told me to wait 48 hours and then they'll get someone from the store team to look into it. No chance of a refund before then either. Didn't really seem that bothered or apologetic that it's pretty unacceptable to have taken money for a digital product, sold on their own platform and expect at least a 48 hour wait before anything happens.

    Whatever happens from here I want a refund, I'll spend my money on another product and I'll be boycotting all future Ubisoft releases. I was on the fence about getting the game anyway and I'm just done with this company.

    Same issue as above. No entry in my game library since the purchase on 8th of November.
    Opened a case since yesterday, no answer whatsoever: 13120220
    Please check it if possible.
