Puchased packs not in game

Purchased a Helix pack this evening, then proceeded to purchase large Silver pack, Large materials pack and Ultimate map pack. The Helix coins were taken but non of these packs are showing in game.. Have restarted the game and even rebooted PC and restart game none of the packs are showing in game.... The Helix coin pack was with me in game immediately after purchase but the packs are not!... Is this a known issue if not how do I get the credits back?
Also the map pack no longer shows in the store.. Sent a ticket in also (13181225) -

The same thing happened to me. I bought 6600 Helix Credits and I got them instantly. Then I bought the complete map pack, the large materials and large money packs. That was 9:00 PM EST yesterday. It is 4:26 PM now and I have not received any of the packs.
